Reiki 3 pathways is excellent. It's good to consolidate previous learning a well as discover new and exciting ideas. There is a lot to take in, and it's not for the faint hearted, however there is a lot of support, and being part of a the group is a wonderful feeling. Whilst I have a lot, it makes me realise there is so much more to come. i would highly recommend it to anyone.

I feel so flipping liberated since last weekend it's unbelievable, absolutely marvellous. I'll have to find me a way to take this breathwork forward, I can understand why it's your first love now, the results are, well, breathtaking ;) "Acorn to Oak, the place to be - for spiritual authenticity" ~ dunno if that's a bit childish? but it's been rattling around in my brain for a week or so.
