I would like to invite you to this exciting one day workshop called 'For the Love of Reiki'

When talking to people about Reiki they are intrigued and would to know and understand more about energy. If that’s you, then this workshop is for you, it’s a fun, relaxed way to explore Reiki whether you have experience or not. All are welcome.

During the day we will have an opportunity to discuss the importance of Energy and Reiki. Will will have a couple of practical sessions including a healing sound technique, how to ground and protect, aura sensing and sensitising the hands. You'll also learn about the Chakras and experience a guided meditation, as well as, giving and receiving a Reiki treatment. It is also a chance to ask any of those burning questions in a safe and friendly environment.

At the Caterham Mind, Body and Soul show I had a Reflexology and Reiki Treatment from Pennie and Emma I wanted help to sort out a numb sensation in my left toes, which was acheived. It was amazing, relaxing and very healing and I would definately recommend it to others
