There are so many advantages to meditation. Here is a list of benefits that meditation can provide you with, however the most important one is it grows your relationship with your own inner self, your own inner unique divinity and ultimately with the divine.

Meditation is also completely free. It requires no special equipment, and is not complicated to learn. It can be practiced anywhere, at any given moment. However it does take commitment to self and time it’s probably best to start with 10-20minutes and work up slowly to an hour twice a day for a sense of total inner peace and connection. A great thing is there are no negative side effects. There is nothing but positive to be gained from it!
