Auburn is a fantastic colour for grounding
Auburn is a fantastic colour for grounding yourself and provides access to universal intelligence, this regeneration increases concentration and higher levels of patience, stability and practicality.
Ground yourself in the now with Auburn rays of light.
Quick 5-minute Grounding Exercise
Imagine that your feet are magnetised to the earth and its rich colours. Place your bare feet on the ground outside and breathe deeply and feel the energy and healing power of the earth (Giai). Visualise Auburn rays moving through your body and into the earth. Feel how the rays ground you to the present moment. Enjoy the feeling of connectedness, allowing Auburn to regenerate your body.
Affirm “Higher Self connect me to your infinite power and intelligence. Allow me to walk my true path of wisdom, peace and joy and so it is”.
Longer 10-minute Grounding Exercise
Based on a visualisation technique that Christina Thomas Fraser described in her book Secrets, which has given me enormous benefit in my own life. Our energy level straightens and strengthens the Hara line (which is the central line running vertically through the aura and helps to keep it in alignment).
This exercise is carried out standing facing towards the east, with feet apart and knees slightly bent, and eyes closed.Take a couple of deep breaths to help quieten your mind.
On your next ‘in-breath’, imagine the energy from your base chakra traveling up your spine to the crown of your head, while doing this mentally say the words 'I AM'.
On exhalation imagine the energy running down your forehead down your nose over your chin and down the centre line to connect between your legs with the base chakra.
As you visualise the energy moving down the front of your body mentally say YOUR FIRST NAME.
Repeat this breathing cycle 3 times, to complete 3 statements of 'I AM JOE'.
Drop your awareness to your Tan Tein point (which is situated approximately 1 inch below your navel).See a small sphere of golden light.Allow it to grow and become brighter. As it grows, allow 2 beams of light to descend down your legs, when the beams leave your feet allow them to join, then visualise the light going through the floor into the earth, traveling deeper and deeper until it reaches the earth’s core. Then tie off the beam of light, however you want to secure it, just be aware it's securely tied.
Bring your awareness back to your physical body and put your attention to your soul seat (in the center of your chest). See a small sphere of golden light. Allow it to grow bigger and brighter. When you are ready, shoot a beam of that light up through the vortex, or crown chakra at the top of your head, up through the ceiling, through the roof the building, through the clouds and out of this atmosphere.Continue moving the beam of light up through this galaxy, past the stars and planets until it reaches the centre of the universe. The source of Divine love and light.
Allow the light and love, in rainbow colours, to cascade back down the beam of light, failing through the universe, back past the stars and planets coming nearer and nearer, see it enter into the earth's atmosphere, falling through the clouds, through the roof of this building, through the ceiling entering the room. See the rainbow light cascading around you filling you with love, light and peace, connecting the lights at the Soul Seat and Tan Tein.Know that you are a channel for Divine love and light, that everyone you come in contact with today will be positively affected by your presence.
Take a deep breath open your eyes and be wide-awake and be ready to continue your day.
The suggested times for this grounding exercise are:
- first thing in the morning, or
- whenever you feel out of balance.
It is suggested that if you do this exercise prior to rest, then do not include the upward part of the exercise, as it may disturb your rest.
The above grounding technique can be done anywhere, outside, inside, or even at the toilet at work.
Hope this is helpful… drop me a line if it is and I’ll share some more. Take Care
